Why are your prices lower?
We buy previous-season stock from established European suppliers and authorised outlets once the brands move on to a new collection, and pass the savings on to you. That's how we can offer up to 65% off RRP.
Is everything authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every piece is genuine designer and arrives with its original tags and labels.
When will my order arrive?
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it ships the same day, with free next-day UK delivery. Saturday delivery is available at checkout.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or at the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 14 days to return or exchange it. Every product page also has a size guide and a fit note to help you choose the right size first time.
