Extended Christmas Returns — Shop Early, Stress Less
We’ve made gifting easier this season by extending our returns window for all orders placed between 7 November and 23 December.
Here’s the breakdown:
• Full Refunds (Within 14 Days)
Send your item back within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (delivery fees excluded).
• Holiday Extension (Until 5 January)
Need more time? No problem. Returns made after 14 days and up to 5 January will be issued as store credit or exchange.
• Back to Standard from 23 December
Orders placed on or after 23 December will follow our usual returns policy.

Our goal is to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t suitable, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Our returns process is designed to be simple, fair & sustainable.
To support that mission, we offer store credit or exchanges as the default options for returns with a free prepaid returns label.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and swim shorts cannot be returned.

Need a different size or style? Exchanges are processed within one working day of receiving your return — quick and easy.
Store Credit (Most Flexible)
Want to decide later? Opt for store credit and get a full-value voucher issued as soon as we receive your return. It never expires, and you can use it whenever you're ready.
Refunds
As an independent brand, we’re proud to offer flexibility — but we also ask for understanding.
Refunds are available, though we strongly encourage customers to choose store credit or exchanges, which are faster, easier, and help us keep offering exceptional value and offers.
Unlike large retailers, our refunds must be requested manually via email and go through a careful inspection process. This means:

Processing takes 7–12 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Return shipping costs are non-refundable
